Honestly, it was the first time I did this so I felt a little bit anxious about it. But when I finally saw the featured interview page and I saw all my photos and the entire article there, I actually thought it was a great experience…
Well, I'm actually not sure how they select tutors to be interviewed but I am really over the moon with this invitation.
The person who conducted the interview with me was Sae Kagami, a Cafetalk staff and also a fellow student of Cafetalk. I must say that she was very helpful and creative too. She sent me the interview questions via e-mail, gave me just the right amount of time to answer them and even offered to have my official Facebook page posted in my Cafetalk profile. It was very helpful in a way because the students can have a glimpse of my life here in Singapore and have other avenues to interact with me when I am not doing any lesson.
I really admire the person who takes care of their website because compared to other online English tutorial platforms, Cafetalk.com web design really stands out from the rest! I can see that it’s a never-ending effort to continuously improve and innovate the features of their site. Moreover, the people behind Cafetalk are very much willing to accept suggestions on how they can improve better.
